The first of the jovian planets, Otshirvani is about the same size as Neptune. Possibly similar to how Uranus got its extreme tilt, Otshirvani has a very similar tilt of 129 degrees. Because of this tilt, the winters are always in dark, and the summers are always in sunlight. The planet has vast ring system (similar to Saturn). Because of the planet's size, there is no radiation being produced by the planet, as well as not being much atmospheric charicteristics. The atmosphere is almost inactive (similar to Uranus and Neptune).

Though dozens of moons orbit the planet, only one moon is large enough to be round. Bogatyri is roughly the size of Triton, and contains a similar look to Luna.
